Day 3

I am grateful to be back under 200 I am 199.5... I thought I would never see 200 again and yet I did....hmph all I can do is keep trying.

Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal
tsp peanut butter
apple
coffee with lowfat milk

snack:
coffee with low fat milk

lunch:
steamed broccoli
sweet potato

snack:
strawberries
soft toffu
and milk
smushed up into a smoothie

Dinner:
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 portabella mushrooms grilled
onions grilled
zuchinni grilled
sliced tomato
mustard
relish
toss salad
corn/carrot soup
